Google have done some work on their search engine lately, and their major algorithm update now means their search results include everything. Video, pictures and news will all be incorporated into search results.

I did see a video of Matt Cutts appear last night in some search results. I think this will be a good novelty factor, but it’s going backwards. There’s already too much information to get through and separating at least videos and pictures seems logical.
